Mondays at Seth Ward Community Centre, Luynes Rise, Buntingford from 6:30pm

*NEW* Wednesdays at Bassingbourn Sports Centre from 7:00pm *NEW* (starts 4/2/09)

Fridays at the Royston Leisure Centre from 6:00pm

Please note that the Buntingford and Bassingbourn classes are closed for the summer holidays. They both reopen w/c Monday 7th September 2009. The Friday classes at the Royston Leisure Centre continue through the holiday season; 6-7pm for all students, 7-8pm seniors with emphasis on 1st Kyu and Dan grade training.

Your first lesson is FREE so come along and have a go.

Ages 6 years and over. Just wear some loose clothing or a tracksuit.
